Sales & Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
•	Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
•	Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and tour operators.
•	Manage and grow accounts in corporate, leisure, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and group segments.
•	Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and negotiate contracts.
•	Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches to prospective clients.
Collaboration & Reporting
•	Work closely with the marketing, front office, and revenue management teams to align sales strategies with pricing and promotional activities.
•	Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications in CRM systems.
•	Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to senior management.
Education & Experience
•	Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•	7–8 years of experience in hotel sales, business development, or hospitality management.
•	Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
•	Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•	In-depth knowledge of hospitality sales strategies, booking channels, and customer segments.
•	Ability to analyze data and market insights to guide decision-making.
•	Flexibility to travel for client meetings, site inspections, and industry events.
