Job Description: PPC US Sales Executive

Location: AVS Holidays Pvt. Ltd, Kirti Nagar

Facilities: Both side cabs & Meal facilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Assist in generating new leads and follow up on inbound inquiries to promote US travel packages and services.

• Customer Consultation: Work with clients to understand their travel needs and provide suggestions for tailored travel experiences (e.g., tours, accommodations, transportation, and activities).

• Product Knowledge: Learn about travel destinations, package offerings, and industry trends to provide clients with accurate and helpful information.

• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Travel Coordination: Help clients with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and tour packages.

• Sales Targets: Assist in achieving sales goals and contributing to the overall sales targets.

• Customer Service: Offer great customer service before, during, and after the booking process, ensuring that any concerns or issues are addressed promptly.

• Reporting: Track and report on sales progress and customer feedback to management.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

• Freshers are welcome; no prior experience required, but any experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients.

• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
