Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential corporates, retailers, and RMNs for business tie-ups.
Pitch company travel services (holidays, flights, hotels, visas) and onboard new partners.
Build and maintain strong B2B relationships to generate consistent business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through field sales activities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with partners to ensure business continuity and satisfaction.
Negotiate deals, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and share feedback with management.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
Represent the company at industry networking events and exhibitions when required.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of corporate sales and B2B travel partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
Target-driven with a go-getter attitude.
Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Basic knowledge of travel industry products (holidays, flights, hotels, visas) preferred.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
