Key Responsibilities (JD)
• Call and connect with leads generated through the website, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Understand traveler preferences (destination, travel style, budget, etc.) and suggest suitable group trips.
•. Coordinate with Supply Team and Known Vendors to get GIT Packages & FD’s basis seasonality
•. Coordinate with Supply and Vendors to build Rate Sheets for Destinations to seel to customers
• Strong Destination Knowledge of Goa,Manali,Thailand,Vietnam,Bali, Ladakh, Spiti
• Manage the entire cycle from Lead Calling To Itinerary Share To Payment Collection to handover to Ops and Supply Team
• Maintain lead details and follow-ups in Google Sheets
• Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets
• Build relationships with past travelers for repeat bookings and referrals.
• Promote add-on services like Elite Membership, insurance, and flights when relevant.
• Share trip updates, photos, and traveler feedback to support marketing content.
Qualifications
Graduate in Travel & Tourism
Or minimum 2 to 3 year of Sales Experience in the Travel Domain (mandatory).
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Energetic, goal-driven, and passionate about travel.
