We’re hiring a Sales Executive to promote and sell our premium stays and travel packages. Your role will involve converting leads into bookings, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates are persuasive, passionate about travel, and skilled at closing deals.
Sales & Conversions: Sell Stays7’s properties (farmhouses, resorts, villas) and travel packages via calls, emails, and meetings.
Client Engagement: Understand customer needs and recommend tailored stays (e.g., honeymoon, family trips, corporate retreats).
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, competitor offerings, and seasonal demand (e.g., peak seasons in Shimla/Manali).
Negotiation: Handle pricing discussions, discounts, and special offers to close deals.
Post-Sales Support: Assist with booking confirmations, payment follow-ups, and itinerary queries.
Target-Driven: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
Required:
0-1 years in sales/hospitality/tourism (experience in villa/resort sales preferred).
Excellent Hindi/English communication (additional regional languages a plus).
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools).
Preferred:
Existing network in travel agencies or corporate clients.
Knowledge of destinations like Kashmir, Manali, or Shimla, and More.
Hard Skills: Sales pitching.
Soft Skills: Persuasion, customer rapport-building, and patience.
Commission: High incentives on bookings (uncapped earnings).
