We are looking for a motivated and experienced Domestic Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing domestic travel packages, handling client queries, and closing sales. You will be responsible for driving domestic travel sales by offering customized travel solutions based on client requirements.
Interact with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
Design and sell customized domestic holiday packages (individual, group, and corporate travel).
Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins, and convert leads into sales.
Provide detailed information on itineraries, destinations, and pricing.
Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transport vendors for smooth execution of bookings.
Handle amendments, cancellations, and customer service issues promptly.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge on domestic destinations, current offers, and market trends.
Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of experience in domestic travel sales.
Good knowledge of Indian tourist destinations & hotel categories.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with travel booking platforms/tools.
Customer-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure.
