Sell domestic and international holiday packages, flight tickets, hotels, cruises, and other travel services.
Handle client inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing tailored travel solutions based on their preferences and budget.
Promote special offers, seasonal packages, and travel deals to maximize sales.
Create detailed itineraries including sightseeing, transfers, tours, and excursions.
Provide information on travel documents, insurance, visa requirements, and other formalities.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to ensure smooth operations and the best rates.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
Handle customer issues, complaints, or emergencies efficiently and professionally.
