Job Title: Territory Sales In charge (TSI) for Retail Fuel Outlets Channel

Experience Required: 2 plus years (Automobiles, Lubricants, or spare parts preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the assigned territory to maximize sales, market share, and customer
satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual secondary sales targets from the retail bazar to the fuel
outlets
• Appoint and manage channel partners such as distributors and retailers.
• Ensure effective product placement and visibility in retail outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key retailers.
• Execute local marketing and promotional activities to drive product awareness.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the Marketing team
• Collect and report sales data, inventory status, and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely payment collections from channel partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales activities and ensure market presence.
• Responsible for penetration of Loyalty program in designated territory
• Gathering channel partner, customer and client data
Candidate Requirements:
• Diploma (10+3) or Graduate in any discipline
• 2+ years of field sales experience, preferably in Automobile, lubricants, or related sectors
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• A daily drive of 100 km
• Good knowledge of local territory and customer base
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area
• CTC: As per industry standards (Includes fixed salary + TA/DA + incentives)
