GeM and Tender Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented GeM and Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales within the government educational sector, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with Educational Institutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
No. of Positions: 01 only
Experience: 1 to 2 Years’ experience in Educational Sector’s Sales.
CTC & Salary Range: In hand Rs.20,000/- to Rs.28,000/- per month+ PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefits (CTC: Rs.3,00,000/- to Rs.4,00,000/- per annum). + Sales Incentive depending upon target achievements.
Educational Qualification:
Recent Graduates or candidates having completed their Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree into Electronics/Electronics & Tele-Communication (E&TC), Mechatronics or any relevant/related educational background will be preferred.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with GeM and Tender Executive
Excellent English communication skills and Convincing skills
Knowledgeable in Electronics/Electrical Products & Components, someone who is able to give technical details of Electronic Products and is approachable to the customers/clients.
Basically, someone who has worked in Sales/Electronics Sales Engineer profile for Electronics/Electrical products will be suitable for this job role.

The GeM and Tender Executive will help to promote products of the company to the customers/clients and negotiate with the aim of maximizing profits for the company. Sell electrical, electronics, electronic parts or related products & services to customers/clients based on their needs or requirements (Electronic components, Electronic Boards, Batteries and so on).
Job Responsibilities:
The Major Job Responsibilities that the GeM and Tender Executive will handle are:
Achieving the Sales Targets for Selling Electronics to Education Sector
Maintaining average margins.
New Customer additions and Customer retention.
Analyze needs of customers/clients and consult them accordingly.
Recommend products, equipment’s or services of company to the customers/clients as per their needs or requirements.
Negotiate terms of Sales & Services with customers/clients.
Document Sales by creating and updating records of Customer/Clientele profiles.
Any other responsibilities that the job may require from time to time
