Tender Executive

We are looking for a Tender Executive to join our team at at Bhushan Tubes Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Tender Executive to manage end-to-end bid and tender processing. As a key member of our team, you'll ensure timely and competitive submissions. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibility

1. Bid & Tender Processing: 3-5 years of experience in managing end-to-end bid and tender processes, ensuring timely and competitive submissions that meet client requirements.

2. Procurement Portals: Proven expertise in GeM and Central/State procurement portals, with hands-on experience in navigating interfaces and managing bids.

3. Tender Documentation & Post-Tender Work: Skilled in analyzing RFQs, managing comprehensive documentation, and handling post-tender activities such as Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG) and agreements.

4. Communication & MS Office: Adept at drafting professional emails and letters, with Good knowledge of MS Office tools, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
