Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our team. The role involves reaching out to B2B clients and corporates, pitching our travel services, building strong relationships, and converting leads into confirmed sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective B2B and corporate clients.
Pitch and explain the company’s travel services effectively.
Identify client needs and offer suitable travel solutions.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Keep records of calls, sales, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Prior experience in telesales, corporate sales, or travel industry preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and close deals effectively.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Basic knowledge of travel services (flights, hotels, packages) will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
Attractive incentives on performance.
Fixed shift: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Sunday fixed off.
