Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers (leads) provided by the company.

• Product Presentation: Effectively present and explain our products or services to potential and existing customers, clearly articulating their benefits.

• Lead Qualification & Sales: Understand customer requirements, answer questions, handle objections professionally, and work towards closing sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Accurately enter and update customer information, call details, sales orders, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

• Follow-up: Conduct systematic follow-ups with interested leads to move them through the sales pipeline.

• Reporting: Maintain records of daily calls and sales activities and contribute to regular sales reports.

• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
