Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, pitching products/services to potential customers, and closing deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
- Identify and qualify leads, and follow up on sales opportunities
- Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
