We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to sell products or services, answer questions, and help resolve any concerns. Your goal is to generate sales, retain customers, and contribute to our company’s growth.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the CRM system
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle customer objections and turn them into opportunities
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Proven experience as telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality
Good negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection
Experience in using relevant computer applications and CRM systems
High school diploma; BSc/BA is a plus
