Telesales Executive – Insurance
Responsibilities:
Connect with potential customers via calls to promote insurance products.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
Maintain customer relationships and resolve queries.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with IRDAI guidelines.
Achieve sales targets and submit regular reports.
Qualifications:
Min. 10th/12th/Graduate.
Telesales experience (insurance preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of insurance products and CRM tools is a plus.
