We specialize in Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Professional Loans. Our goal is to make financing simple, transparent, and easily accessible to every customer.Job Summary:We are looking for passionate and result-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating qualified leads, handling pre-sales activities, and achieving weekly and monthly targets. Candidates fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu with basic loan process knowledge will be preferred.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote loan products.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options (Personal, Business, Home, LAP, or Professional Loans).Conduct pre-sales and lead generation activities to support business growth.Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets for leads and disbursals.Coordinate with loan processing and field sales teams for document collection and verification.Handle customer inquiries and provide clear information on loan eligibility, process, and documentation.Build and maintain good relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.Attend daily meetings and product training sessions to improve sales efficiency.Required Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory).Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.Good understanding of loan products and financial documentation.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email handling).Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated personality.Good problem-solving and time management skills.Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Loan Processing, or Banking preferred.Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.Performance Metrics (KPIs):Number of outbound calls per day.Leads generated weekly and monthly.Loan applications approved and disbursed.Target achievement rate and incentive performance.Customer satisfaction and follow-up quality.Compensation & Benefits:Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience & performance).Incentives: Attractive monthly incentive program for target achievers.Bonuses: Based on quarterly and annual performance.Career Growth: Opportunity to advance to Senior Executive / Team Lead roles.Training: Product, communication, and CRM training provided.Work Schedule:Working Days: Monday to SaturdayTimings: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PMSend your resume to joinus@asvilgalaxy.in
