Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a prospect database, identifying potential clients for outreach.
Introduce the company’s range of products and generate interest by scheduling appointments with the Sales Executive.
Seek feedback from the Sales Executive and the client/prospect after meetings to assess interest and next steps.
Update and maintain client/prospect records with details of their product interests and engagement history.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions and appointments in the CRM/database.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth scheduling and data management.
Follow up with potential clients to build relationships.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize client engagement and collect feedback.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years in telesales, customer service or a similar role.
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and the local language is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Basic computer skills for data entry, CRM updates and appointment scheduling.
