We are looking for a Tele Calling executive at Moonshot Events LLP. The role focuses on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting Moonshot Events LLP’s services through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to understand client needs to convert inquiries into business opportunities. The salary for this job role is rs 25,0000/- onwards.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Moonshot Events LLP’s services.
Maintain and update the database of leads, contacts, and follow-up details.
Identify potential opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales/business development team.
Explain service offerings clearly and confidently to prospective clients.
Follow up with existing leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales pipeline.
Achieve weekly and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
Maintain professionalism and brand consistency in all communication.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activity, leads generated, and outcomes.
Support marketing campaigns by executing telecalling activities as required.
Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive / Telesales / Customer Care Executive (Event industry experience is a plus).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM tools, email communication).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
