We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead – Telecalling (Personal Care) to manage, mentor, and drive a team of telecallers toward achieving business growth. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling / telesales, with a strong track record in team handling, performance management, and sales conversions. This is an office-based role (no field visits), requiring excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
●	Lead, train, and supervise the telecalling team to ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
●	Develop scripts, sales pitches, and best practices to improve call quality and conversion rates.
●	Monitor team performance through call audits, reports, and feedback sessions; drive continuous improvement.
●	Handle escalated inbound/outbound calls and support the team in closing critical leads.
●	Analyze sales data, maintain accurate CRM records, and prepare team performance reports for management.
●	Motivate and guide the team to build strong customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and upsell/cross-sell products.
●	Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on campaigns, promotions, and smooth order processing.
●	Keep management updated on customer trends, market insights, and competitor activities.
Candidate Profile:
●	Minimum 5 years of telecalling / telesales experience, with at least 2+ years in a team leadership role.
●	Proven experience in managing a sales-focused telecalling team, preferably in FMCG, skincare, or personal care products.
●	Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
●	Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and working knowledge of English; clear and professional tone.
●	Sound knowledge of CRM tools and call tracking systems.
●	Target-driven, result-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure.
●	Positive, energetic, and motivational attitude to lead by example.
