Team Leader – Real Estate Telecalling
₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Performance-based incentives applicable)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader for our Real Estate Telecalling division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a team of 15 telecallers, managing day-to-day telecalling operations, monitoring performance, and ensuring lead conversions. You must be proactive in recruitment, training, and motivating your team to meet daily and monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and build a telecalling team of 15 members through internal references or external hiring
Train and onboard new telecallers on product knowledge, scripts, and calling techniques
Allocate leads and monitor daily calling performance
Guide the team to convert leads into property site visits and qualified inquiries
Ensure daily reporting, CRM updates, and target achievement
Handle escalated client queries and ensure quality communication from the team
Collaborate with the sales team and management for campaign feedback and improvements
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years experience as Team Leader in Telecalling (Real Estate preferred)
Strong communication, team management, and motivational skills
Ability to hire, train, and build a high-performing telecalling team
Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven record of target achievement
