Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Team Leader to lead and manage a team of sales executives/consultants. The candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, mentoring team members, and achieving monthly revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team

• Assign leads and monitor follow-ups for maximum conversions

• Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews

• Train and mentor team members on sales techniques and product knowledge

• Handle client escalations and assist in closing major deals

• Develop sales strategies to generate business growth

• Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns

• Maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

• Conduct site visits and client presentations when required

Required Skills
