Chemist Real Estate Pvt. Ltd is a fast-growing real estate company committed to providing premium property solutions and excellent client servicing. We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader – Sales who can drive performance, lead a sales team, and achieve business targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
Guide team members in handling client inquiries, property site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Allocate leads among the sales team and ensure timely follow-ups.
Monitor performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and present them to management.
Provide training, mentorship, and continuous support to improve team productivity.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with campaigns and promotions.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive business growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–6 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a Team Leader / Supervisory role (Real Estate preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Ability to drive sales strategies, meet deadlines, and deliver results under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
