Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage a team of real estate sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market analysis and trends.

• Guide team members on lead generation, client handling, site visits, and deal closure.

• Assist in high-value negotiations and complex client requirements.

• Ensure all sales activities are recorded and tracked through CRM systems.

• Prepare sales performance reports and present insights to senior management.

• Stay updated with local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitors.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.

• Strong client-handling and negotiation abilities.

• Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.

• Deep understanding of the real estate market, buyer behavior, and sales cycles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
