We are looking for a results-driven Telecalling Executive to join Stallions Proptech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai, Lokhandwala Andheri West.
This role involves calling propsective customers, explaining them the details of the projects and schedule their Site Visit.
You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting suitable property options, and facilitating the sales process.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹22000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Call prospective customers and brief them about the project.
Contact potential customers to understand their property requirements, budget, and timeline.
Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and lead status in the system.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with various teams for smooth site visit experience to the customers.
Job Requirements:
Candidates should be atleast 12th Pass and 1 - 4 years of experience in Telecalling.
Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and ability to convince customers are important for this profile.
Proficiency in Lead Generation, Convincing Skills, Cold Calling, Telecalling is most preferred.
