We are looking for a Telecalling Sales Executive who will connect with potential leads, explain our products, and support the sales process by generating qualified appointments for our field sales team.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales opportunities.
Explain product features, benefits, and business opportunities to prospects.
Maintain accurate lead and call records in CRM.
Schedule follow-ups and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Share customer feedback with management for product/service improvement.
Number of daily outbound calls made.
Number of qualified leads generated per week/month.
Conversion ratio of leads to appointments/sales.
Response time to inbound leads.
Accuracy and completeness of CRM data.
Customer satisfaction score from tele-interactions.
Achievement of monthly sales/revenue targets (direct or through leads).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales (preferably B2B/Industrial sales).
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to explain technical products in a simple way.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office tools.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
