Job Overview:
Matrix Acres is hiring dedicated Sales Profile to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to call potential clients from the leads provided by the company. Occasionally, you may be required to visit client sites for meetings. This is an ideal role for someone who excels in communication and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company to promote our real estate projects.
Follow up with prospective clients and provide detailed information about properties.
Schedule and coordinate client visits to the property sites when required.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses to their questions.
Occasionally visit client sites for meetings, based on client requests. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
Previous experience in sales or tele calling is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in an office environment with occasional travel for site visits.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Having a two- or four-wheeler is mandatory for male candidates for site visits.
Salary: Competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 INR, depending on experience and performance during
the interview process.
