Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors from our database or generated leads.
Explain project details, features, pricing, and location benefits to interested prospects.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
Follow up with interested clients and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients through timely and professional communication.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Provide feedback to the team for process improvement.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of the real estate market or willingness to learn.
Ability to handle pressure and meet lead generation targets.
Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
