About the Role

🔹 Responsibilities
• Handle leads & ensure quick follow-ups
• Conduct client meetings & site visits
• Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable projects
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, pricing & market trends
• Build strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate for bookings & post-sales support
🔹 Requirements
• 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (freshers with good communication can apply)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Confident, presentable & proactive
• Basic computer skills (CRM, WhatsApp, Excel)
• Comfortable with fieldwork
• MUST be available to join immediately
