We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller who can handle client communication, generate new leads, and support the loan processing team.
The candidate will be responsible for daily calling, client follow-ups, and coordination related to MSME loans, machinery loans, and subsidy applications.
Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to potential clients.
Explain loan and subsidy services professionally to clients.
Collect and verify customer Basic details (business name, turnover, loan requirement, etc.).
Schedule appointments for sales executives or senior staff.
Maintain lead sheet and follow-up tracker in Excel/CRM.
Handle client WhatsApp queries and share required information.
Coordinate with internal teams for document collection and file submission.
Achieve monthly lead and file login targets.
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling / loan sales / customer service (preferred in finance or DSA firm)
Language: Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi (Basic English preferred)
Computer Skills: Basic MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets
