Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and maintain accurate data records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Explain products/services to customers clearly and effectively

• Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects

• Update customer information and maintain call records in the system

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0 to 2 years of telecalling or customer service experience (Freshers welcome)

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to convince and influence customers

• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining data and reports

• Good listening skills and attention to detail

• High level of patience and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in telesales, customer support, or a related role is a plus
