• Work exclusively on new in-house leads as well as existing leads in database through Cold calling.

• Contact and explain the equity account opening process to potential clients.

• Convert leads into successful client acquisitions through effective communication and follow-ups.

• Build trust and maintain ongoing relationships with clients to enhance engagement and retention.

• Meet and exceed acquisition and business development targets.

• Provide clients with clear guidance on equity accounts, broking services, and investment options.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates residing in or near Greater Noida are preferred.

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.

• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to manage conversions effectively.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Broking / Equity / Financial Services.
