Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to interested leads and advise them on suitable Health, Motor, and Life Insurance products.
Educate customers on policy benefits, features, and terms while resolving their queries effectively.
Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets through proactive follow-ups and relationship building.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
Ensure high-quality communication standards with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence).
Collaborate with operations and client teams to ensure smooth process execution.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (both verbal and written).
Strong customer handling ability with clarity in grammar and pronunciation.
Sales acumen with persuasive and convincing abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM usage).
Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any field (mandatory).
Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Preferred: Experience in insurance/telesales/customer service.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Shift: Rotational (Day shift till 8 PM for females; rotational shifts for males).
Working Days: 6 days/week.
Salary :
Fresher – up to ₹25,000 CTC
Experienced – up to ₹35,000 CTC (based on last drawn salary)
