· Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients regarding real estate projects.
· Explain project details, amenities, location benefits, pricing, and offers.
· Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
· Maintain and update the database of potential customers in CRM/Excel.
· Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
· Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
· Provide feedback and report on market response and customer requirements.
· Excellent communication and convincing skills (in Hindi, Marathi & English preferred).
· Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
· Ability to handle client queries confidently and professionally.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
· Prior experience in real estate telecalling will be an added advantage.
• Minimum HSC/Graduate in any field.
• 1–3 years of telecalling/telemarketing experience (real estate preferred).
