The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone to promote financial products/services, gather information, provide support, and ensure all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Telecaller's key responsibilities will include initiating outbound calls to introduce financial products and services, as well as handling inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and issues. They will need to understand customer needs, suggest suitable solutions, and build rapport. The role also involves accurately recording call details in the CRM system, meeting targets for sales or interactions, following up on leads, staying updated on product knowledge, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
