Outbound Calling:
Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services and generate interest.
Inbound Handling:
Addressing customer inquiries and sales calls that come into the company.
Lead Qualification:
Identifying and qualifying potential customers who are likely to make a purchase.
Closing Sales:
Persuading customers to make a purchase and completing the sales transaction.
Meeting Sales Targets:
Achieving individual and team sales goals, often measured on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Upselling and Cross-selling:
Identifying opportunities to sell additional products or services to existing customers.
Other Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on product features, benefits, and pricing.
Sales Reporting: Preparing and submitting sales reports to management.
Collaboration: Working with other team members, including field sales teams, to achieve overall sales goals.
Continuous Improvement: Seeking feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and participating in training sessions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and 6 month. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
