Role: Telecaller – Admissions (Economics College)
Location: Chennai (with travel across Tamil Nadu & nearby states)

Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹3 – 3.5 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Act as the first point of contact for students and parents exploring VSEP programs.
Reach out to prospective applicants, explain program details, and address queries with clarity and empathy.
Guide students through the admission process — from eligibility checks to application completion.
Maintain follow-ups with genuine interest, ensuring every student feels informed and valued.
Record and maintain call data in CRM systems or spreadsheets.
Share insights and feedback with admissions and marketing teams.
Meet admission targets while ensuring a student-first approach.
Excellent communication in English and Tamil (additional South Indian languages are an advantage).
Strong listening, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, or CRM tools (training provided).
Prior experience in education counseling, telecalling, or customer care preferred.
