We are looking for a Telecaller Intern with at least 3 months of prior experience and excellent English communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, following up on leads, and assisting the business development team in converting prospects into clients.
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
Follow up on generated leads and maintain regular communication.
Record and manage client interactions in CRM or internal systems.
Handle basic client queries and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
Maintain call logs and prepare daily performance reports.
Support marketing and business development activities when required.
Minimum 3 months of telecalling or telesales experience (preferred in digital marketing/IT/education).
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, polite, and persuasive on phone calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, or Google Sheets.
Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally.
Ready to join immediately or within short notice.
Internship certificate on completion.
