Make outbound calls to potential customers in Hindi.
Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Generate leads and maintain client follow-up.
Update and maintain customer records in the database.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Female candidate preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English will be an added advantage).
Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing/customer support preferred.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
