We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, maintain customer relationships, and support sales/operations by ensuring smooth communication with clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities: -
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly and effectively.
- Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
- Schedule follow-ups and ensure timely callbacks.
- Convert leads into sales or appointments (as per business requirement).
- Maintain call logs and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism during calls.
