We are looking for a Telecaller for our company ICICI Lombard to make outbound calls for selling Insuranceservice. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products or services
•Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries or complaints
•Maintain records of calls, feedback, and outcomes using CRM or spreadsheets
•Follow up with prospects and ensure timely responses
•Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
•Maintain professionalism and adhere to company guidelines during calls
•Support the sales or customer service team as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred
•Proven experience as telecaller or in a similar role (preferred)
•Excellent communication in Hindi, English, or regional languages
•Ability to persuade and handle rejections
•Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
•Good listening and interpersonal skills
