Job Overview:

RS Consultants is looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for job seekers and clients, playing a key role in communication and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain job opportunities.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries professionally.

• Maintain and update the candidate database.

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

• Coordinate with clients regarding hiring requirements.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calling and conversions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or BPO experience preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, emails, etc.).
