Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our team in Sector 90, Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for telesales. Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred, though freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients

• Explain products and services offered by the company

• Follow up on leads and inquiries

• Maintain customer database and call records

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or telecalling (preferably in manufacturing)

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English

• Confident and persuasive telephone manner

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
