Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The role involves handling inbound & outbound calls, generating leads, fixing appointments for site visits, and maintaining good client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

Explain real estate projects, amenities, and investment benefits over the phone.

Schedule and confirm site visits for clients with the sales team.

Maintain a database of customer information, inquiries, and follow-ups.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up on leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate.

Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi, English preferred).
