Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective patients, explaining hospital services, specialties, and facilities.
Identify and qualify potential leads for various departments (e.g., OPD, IPD, specific treatments).
Schedule appointments for interested individuals with relevant doctors or departments.
Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and outcomes in the hospital's CRM system.
Patient Feedback Management:
Conduct pre-admission calls to patients to provide necessary information and answer queries.
Make post-discharge calls to gather feedback on patient experience, service quality, and overall satisfaction.
Document patient feedback meticulously, identifying areas for improvement and positive testimonials.
Escalate critical feedback or concerns to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
Update patient records with feedback details and follow up on actions taken.
Database Management:
Maintain and update patient and prospective patient databases with accurate and current information.
Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to hospital privacy policies.
General Duties:
Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient experience.
Provide information about hospital policies, procedures, and services to callers.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets and lead generation goals.
Adhere to all hospital protocols and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Proficiency in local languages (e.g., Bengali, Hindi) and English is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with a polite and empathetic approach.
Ability to handle difficult calls and resolve issues professionally.
Good computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of patience and attention to detail.
