We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with clients over calls and WhatsApp, and converting qualified leads into successful sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to maintain accurate sales records.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, referrals, and other lead sources.
Client Communication: Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
WhatsApp Chat Handling: Respond to inquiries, share product/service details, and maintain professional communication with clients.
Lead Conversion: Nurture and convert mature leads into confirmed sales.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, including lead status, conversions, and daily/weekly performance updates.
Computer Knowledge: Use CRM tools, Excel, and other software to manage client databases, track sales activities, and analyze reports.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in [English/Hindi/Other Local Language as per need].
Proficiency in using computers, MS Office, and CRM systems.
Ability to handle WhatsApp communication professionally and effectively.
