We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our client base while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:-
Real Estate Sales & Rentals:
Actively source new listings for rental and sale properties (residential & commercial).
Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers/tenants and provide detailed property information.
Negotiate deals between property owners and clients, ensuring smooth transactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends, pricing, and competitors.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, referrals, online platforms, and networking events.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and corporate clients.
Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries and property requirements.
Interior Design Sales Support:Understand the scope of interior design services offered by the company.
Cross-sell interior design packages to real estate clients post-transaction or during the sales process.
Coordinate between clients and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in real estate sales, property rentals, or a related field.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of interior design services is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and property listing platforms.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
