🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales coordination and client support.
Resolve queries professionally via phone and email.
Maintain follow-up records using Excel and internal tools.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations.
Manage day-to-day documentation and communication tasks.

Strong English communication (spoken & written)
Excellent in follow-ups, coordination, and vendor interaction
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation handling
