Job Title: Telecaller Executive (B2C Calling)

Job Summary:

Mirai Skin & Hair Clinic is looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller Executive (B2C) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, explaining our advanced skin and hair treatments, and converting leads into appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound B2C calls to leads generated through online ads, social media, and walk-in inquiries.

• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking information about treatments and ongoing offers.

• Explain clinic services such as Microblading, Laser Hair Removal, Botox, Fillers, Medifacials, Chemical Peels, Skin Boosters, and Hair Treatments.

• Understand client concerns and recommend suitable treatments with confidence and clarity.

• Schedule and confirm appointments with doctors and therapists.

• Maintain accurate client data and follow up on leads until conversion.

• Achieve daily and monthly call/conversion targets.

• Coordinate with the front desk, marketing, and counselor teams for smooth operations.

• Maintain a positive and professional tone in every conversation to reflect the clinic’s premium brand image.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2C calling, telemarketing, or customer service (experience in a clinic, salon, or wellness center preferred).

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

• Strong ability to build rapport and convert leads through conversations.

• Basic computer knowledge — familiar with CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized.

Education:

• Graduate (any stream)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
