Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing product/service information, and assisting in resolving issues. They will also play a key role in driving sales and promoting various services or products.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound/Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to potential clients or existing customers.
Answer inbound calls, providing customer assistance, resolving queries, or redirecting calls as needed.
Sales & Product Promotion:
Promote and sell products/services to customers.
Offer special promotions or discounts to customers based on the company's offerings.
Meet or exceed sales targets or KPIs as set by the team lead or supervisor.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build rapport with customers to maintain long-term relationships.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and efficient service.
Data Entry & Record-Keeping:
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Update customer information in the database accurately.
Log feedback and customer issues for further action.
Market Research:
Gather and report on customer feedback or market trends to assist in business decision-making.
Suggest improvements based on customer input and personal experience.
Follow-up Calls:
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction or to close sales.
Send reminders, product information, or offer details as required.
Collaborate with the Team:
Work closely with other team members, such as sales executives or support staff, to resolve customer issues or close sales.
Participate in team meetings and share insights or challenges with team leads.
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and clear tone.
Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on providing exceptional service to clients.
Sales Skills: Ability to upsell, cross-sell, or close sales in a polite and effective manner.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and resolve customer complaints calmly and efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry, call logs, and follow-up activities.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, phone systems, and other relevant tools.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role is a plus.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer service best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and CRM systems.
