Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to introduce and pitch our products/services.
Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
Maintain a database of prospective clients using CRM/Tally (if applicable).
Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits clearly to decision-makers.
Schedule meetings or demos for the field/business development team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
